• Practical experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets
• Active experience using modern generative AI and LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to enhance your workflow, debug code, and analyze data more efficiently
• A problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in dissecting real-world, high-volume data to find underlying patterns
• A drive or eagerness to learn about digital advertising ecosystems, ad-serving architectures, and programmatic supply/demand dynamics
• Great communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the desire to make a visible, tangible impact from day one
