Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is hiring a Data Engineer I to help build the data foundation powering reporting, automation and AI across International Operations.

You will design, build, productionalize and own data services in a lakehouse on AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda), treating data as a product with owners, contracts and SLA. Based in Spain with Barcelona preferred and Madrid considered, you will collaborate with engineers and analysts across Europe, delivering self-healing, scalable data

Formación

• Experience in data engineering.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with one or more query languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, MDX, HiveQL, SparkSQL, Scala).
• Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, KornShell).
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions.
