Se requiere más de 3 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software, conocimientos en PySpark y SQL, y fluidez en español e inglés. • 3+ años de experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos en un entorno de ingeniería de software.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize data pipelines for cleaning, integrating, and transforming large datasets.
• Develop and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure using Azure services like Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage.
• Create dimensional data models and data warehouses to support reporting and business intelligence.
• Write efficient Python, SQL, and PySpark code, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high‑quality data solutions.

What You'll Need

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented data engineer passionate about building scalable, cloud‑based data solutions. Ideally, you bring:

• 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining data pipelines in a software engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices such as OOP, TDD, CI/CD, and version control.
• Proven expertise in PySpark and SQL, including query optimization and understanding Spark internals.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services like Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, DevOps, and Data Lake Storage.
• Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, combined with strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker; experience with Kafka is a plus.
