A leading logistics firm in Algeciras is seeking a Strategic Data & Operational Insights Manager to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and proficiency in BI tools. Fluent English and Spanish are necessary. Formación

• Proven experience in operations management and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with HSSE policies.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and lead root cause analysis.
• Manage customs activities and maintain compliance with ADT and AEO frameworks.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support budget planning, invoicing, and commercial negotiations.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering learning and accountability.
