Job summary

Volkswagen Group Services Gmbh in Barcelona is seeking a regulatory and documentation lead to guide product managers through the compliance and legal review process. You will own the structure and accuracy of legal documentation and ensure inputs are complete, with risks identified early, before legal approval.

You will collaborate with Legal, Data Protection, Sales, Regulatory, and technical teams to maintain alignment across all dependencies and support governance efforts within the GIS:Hub.

Qualifications

• Regulatory and legal documentation expertise required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with GDPR.
• Experience in Digital Product Organization.
• Stakeholder alignment and legal enablement.
• OneTrust or similar GDPR management systems a plus.
• Experience with template systems and technical documentation tools.
• Structured, product- and market-aware coordination.

Responsibilities

• Guide PMs through the product compliance and legal review process, ensuring inputs are complete and risks identified early.
• Own the structure, accuracy, and completeness of legal documentation and act as the quality gate before legal approval.
• Coordinate with Legal Counsel, Data Protection, Sales, Regulatory, and tech teams to maintain alignment on compliance dependencies.
• Support the Legal & Regulatory team in wider governance and cross-functional projects.
