Docplanner Tech is seeking a data leader who makes data transparent to the business, reporting directly to the CTPO. The role focuses on transforming how Docplanner uses data by eliminating complexity, standardizing processes, and building reliable systems that stakeholders trust.

You will simplify data operations, lead product analytics initiatives, and partner with global teams to drive scalable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Job Description

We are looking for a data leader who makes data transparent to the business—ensuring it just works. This role reports directly to the CTPO and focuses on transforming how Docplanner uses data by eliminating complexity, standardizing processes, and building reliable systems that stakeholders can trust without thinking about it.

What you'll do

• Simplify everything: reduce data stack complexity and eliminate waste across data warehouse, product analytics, and BI teams

• Build reliability: ensure data quality is consistent so teams can rely on numbers for decisions

• Understand the business: partner with departments to identify real priorities and focus resources on what drives impact

• Modernize operations: leverage AI tools and establish scalable workflows for global growth

• Lead transformation: shift data teams from reactive providers to proactive business enablers

• Lead and evolve the Data function, with responsibility for people leadership and team structure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior data leadership role

• Ownership of the data warehouse

• Experience leading product analytics and/or BI

• Experience simplifying and modernizing data operations in complex environments

• Experience leading and evolving data teams
