Reboot Monkey in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Spain, seeks a Data Center Technician for a full-time on-site role. You will support critical infrastructure in a world-class data center facility and participate in cabling, deployments, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center operations, strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, and relevant certifications. On-site work with on-call rotation applies, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Formación

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with rack and stack operations and DCIM platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and vendor certifications (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

Compensation & Benefits

€40,000-52,000/year (EUR annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities
