IPS is an international company with in‑house engineering and specialized services across project management for industries, automation and architecture.

Overview

You will join the Buildings unit, responsible for managing EPCM building projects within the Real Estate sector. Our portfolio includes diverse projects across categories such as residential, hospitality, data centers, offices, industrial & logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all engineering phases from design to commissioning, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Drive business growth by managing key local and national accounts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering packages on time and within budget.
• Review and approve technical documentation, maintaining high quality standards.
• Lead vendor evaluations and procurement processes.
• Provide on‑site technical support during construction and commissioning.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and manage change documentation.
• Build and mentor a skilled team of engineers and trainees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering: civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with industrial projects; 5–7 years at critical locations such as data centers, hospitals, military facilities industrial projects.
• Strong interest in data center sustainability, cooling and power resilience, and electronics.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset.
• Experience with European projects and relevant standards and certifications.
• Independent work style, strong team and communication skills.
• Business development orientation with flexibility, proactivity and ownership.
• Project management tools expertise (MS Project, Navisworks, BIM 360); design tools & MEP software are a nice asset.
• Driver’s license B.
