TSMG Holding is seeking a Data Coordinator in Madrid to oversee disk lifecycle, procurement, allocation, and scrapping while ensuring accurate data upload and segregation.

You will coordinate the team, resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, and manage time and resources, with strong stakeholder communication to internal teams and clients.

The role requires 5+ years in hardware operations, vendor management and logistics, plus hands-on Excel proficiency to track assets and shipments.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination.
• 3-5 years in vendor management, warehousing, logistics.
• Proficient in data center operations and Excel.
• Experience in client management and regulatory clearance.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Coordinator who will be responsible for managing disk lifecycle and ingest operations in alignment with operational requirements. This includes overseeing disk procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. Additionally, they monitor data upload and segregation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role also involves team coordination through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation. Effective stakeholder management is key, as the Data Coordinator communicates updates and statuses to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
