Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a data-driven Specialist to support the EU ACES team in Madrid. The role focuses on analytical support for ACES PMs, configuration tasks for inbound nodes, and rapid resolution of critical FC bottlenecks within SLA.

The team drives cross-functional technology projects from scoping to rollout, emphasizing automation and clear communication with Operations. A Bachelor’s degree and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in customer engagement and English communication skills.
• Experience with scripting for automation (Python) and advanced SQL.
• Ability to identify root causes of technical problems via data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient on multiple process area systems and tools and provide technical support across Inbound nodes
• Be the main analytical support for internal ACES PMs within the manager's sub-team
• Resolve critical tickets from operations within SLA
• Maintain and uphold best practices and standards, acting as an adviser for Operations customers, peers, and support teams
• Inform and educate customers and stakeholders on system changes, console clean-ups, and peak readiness guidelines via email and written procedures, remotely via office hours, or in-person
• Provide occasional project management support, including analysis and root-causing, reporting, and pilot oversight
