Ookla is seeking a Data Architect to join the solutions architecture team, driving the evolution of the data platform that powers Speedtest and other data products.

We’re looking for a Data Architect to join the Ookla solutions architecture team to drive the evolution of our data platform that powers Speedtest and our other data products. As a data architect, you will play a key role in evolving our data platform to meet the future needs of real‑time big data processing, low latency analytical queries, AI/ML integration, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will design and implement scalable data models, storages and pipelines for critical product features that meet both our end users’ and internal stakeholders’ requirements while ensuring international compliance.
We are looking for world class talent and the applicants should have hands‑on skills and attitude, a strong technical background in software and data architectures, and excellent communication skills.

Ookla provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is €80,000 – €95,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
