Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data.
• Data analysis skills and working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), SQL, PowerBI, Python.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of business processes and industry context.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to support solution development for internal or client projects.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and data.
• May produce datasets and reports using IQVIA tools.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses.
• Audit own work to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Work with stand-alone data systems or enterprise tools for data validation and trend analysis.
