Job summary

Qualifications

Own, administer, maintain, and develop the DataSphere and BW systems Build, optimize, and maintain DataSphere models and reporting solutions Drive global reporting solutions across the system landscape Integrate data from ERP, CRM, finance, and other systems Partner with business teams to design analytics solutions Analyze and visualize business data to support decisions Create dashboards and KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and explore new BI tools Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, availability, and compliance, including data protection Lead or support BI and digital transformation projects Support the strategic development of Tecan’s data landscape across platforms Advise management and business units on data-driven decisions Prioritize, implement, and monitor analysis requirements Create data models, ETL processes, and related standards Provide technical documentation and transfer knowledge within the team Support cross-functional projects throughout their full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, go-live, and hypercare Enforce consistent application of tools, methods, and standards in data and analytics Provide documentation and training to colleagues and business users

Требования:

Extensive experience as a BI specialist or data analyst in SAP HANA Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP ERP (S/4), SAP Analytics Cloud, and ETL tools Experience in data modelling, SQL scripts, and performance optimization Understanding of SAP S/4 data structures (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Hands-on project management experience Fluent in English and Spanish Team player with a structured and independent work style Будет плюсом: German, a degree in Business IT or data science or similar, experience with OneStream, Salesforce, TableauNext, or Power BI
