Opella in Barcelona is seeking a Data & AI Strategy and Learning Expert to define and drive the company’s Data & AI transformation, collaborating with senior leaders across regions to translate strategy into actions that deliver measurable value.

You will build learning programs, governance, and operating models that scale, mentor teams, and embed sustainability and social impact into decisions, shaping a culture of ambitious collaboration and rigorous impact.

Formación

• Experience shaping and executing Data, AI, or digital strategies in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts with business acumen.
• Ability to design operating models and transformation frameworks.

• Define and evolve Opella’s Data & AI strategy in alignment with business priorities.
• Drive strategy execution by identifying initiatives, tracking progress, and measuring impact.
• Design Data & AI operating models adapted to functions and regional needs.
• Partner with the Value Office to identify, measure, and track value from Data & AI initiatives.
• Establish learning and up-skilling programs to strengthen data and AI capabilities at all levels.
• Reinforce Data & AI governance, ethics, and compliance across initiatives.
• Act as a trusted partner to leaders, translating strategy into clear, actionable direction.

About The Job

This role is central to defining, enabling, and sustaining Opella’s Data & AI transformation. You will lead the development of Data & AI strategies, support their execution across functions and regions, and embed governance, learning, and value‑driven thinking into everything we do. You will work closely with senior leaders, portfolio and value teams, and functional partners, connecting strategy, capabilities, and outcomes into a coherent and actionable approach.
