Formación

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken.
• Good command of English (B2 level).
• Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in a large company environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• High customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and self-service portal.
• Assist employees with system operations and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues remotely.
• Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system.
• Use internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external providers.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)
