A leading talent sourcing firm in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Support Agent. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist customers with products, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates are native Danish speakers with advanced English skills and a strong focus on problem-solving. This full-time position offers a fixed schedule and opportunities to evolve from a temporary to a permanent contract with attractive benefits and multicultural environment.

Formación

  • Experience within customer service or contact center environments is valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, and technical support.
  • Provide solutions by troubleshooting and identifying customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with company products and services to offer accurate information.
Requirements:
  • Native Danish speaker with advanced English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • Positive and motivated mindset to tackle challenging customer issues.
  • Goal-oriented work approach.
  • Open-minded to changing priorities and business processes.
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms.
  • Experience within customer service or contact center environments is valued.
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office).
Contract Details:
  • 39h/week Full-time contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
  • Available shift: 09:00-20:00h (Rotatory).
  • Starting with a Temporary Contract that may evolve into a Permanent contract based on business needs.
  • Holidays: 27 working days per year.
