confidential project). In this role, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers in Danish through phone, email, and chat—helping them navigate their devices and services with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do
Danish , responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist users with product usage, account concerns, technical troubleshooting, and general guidance. Ensure each interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and an aim for
first-contact resolution . Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and tools. Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver a smooth customer experience. Stay up-to-date with evolving product features and support policies.

What We’re Looking For
Fluent in
Danish
C1 level or higher – both written and spoken). English proficiency
B2+ level) for training and internal communication. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and platforms. Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently. Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is appreciated but
not required . Legal authorization to live and work in Portugal.
Nice to Have
Interest in consumer technology and digital products. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. Experience working in a fast-paced or BPO environment.
