Flight Centre Travel Group in Barcelona is seeking a D365 Expert to lead hands-on delivery, configuration, and support of Finance Systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will work with Product Managers, the Technical Lead, System Administrators, and vendors to implement roadmap enhancements, resolve defects, and ensure reliable and efficient Finance Systems for automation, financial control, and scalable global operations.

Formación

• Hands-on experience delivering and supporting enterprise finance or ERP systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
• Background in finance, invoicing, payments or back-office systems.
• Experience in highly integrated, transaction-heavy environments.
• Experience in corporate travel, TMC, or complex service organisations is a strong advantage.
• Degree in technology, finance or related field is highly desirable.

The Role

The D365 Expert is responsible for the hands‑on technical delivery, configuration, and support of Finance Systems solutions, with a primary focus on Dynamics and associated downstream systems.

This role plays a critical part in delivering product roadmap enhancements, resolving defects, and ensuring Finance Systems operate reliably and efficiently. The D365 expert works closely with Product Managers, the Technical Lead, System Administrators, and vendors to implement high-quality solutions that support automation, financial control, and scalable global operations.

The role combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving capability, operating at the intersection of product delivery and system support.

It is imperative that you have Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience for this role.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in hands‑on technical roles delivering and supporting enterprise finance or ERP systems.
• Strong preference for solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience working in highly integrated, transaction-heavy environments.
• Background in finance, invoicing, payments, or back‑office systems is highly desirable.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience in corporate travel, TMC, or complex service organisations is a strong advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in technology, finance or a related field will be highly desirable
