ALK-Abelló A/S is seeking a D&A Process Specialist – Supply Chain Data & Planning to join Global IT, based in Madrid. You will design and support planning data products in SAP Datasphere and enable data flows from SAP S/4HANA to downstream planning processes.

You will collaborate with Product Supply, Data & Analytics teams, and SAP/Kinaxis platforms, drive data quality, and support business decisions across ALK's global supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with SAP data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.
• Understanding SAP S/4HANA data structures and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Professional English communication.

Your role as D&A System Specialist – Product Supply Planning & Kinaxis

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Data & Analytics team within Global IT.

In this role you will:

• help build and support the data foundation that enables Product Supply Planning across ALK's global manufacturing and supply chain organization.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and Kinaxis-related planning processes, you will ensure that planning data is accurate, trusted and available to support critical business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Supply stakeholders, Data & Analytics specialists, SAP teams and platform experts across the organization.
• Become part of an international Data & Analytics organization working with modern SAP technologies and supporting critical business processes across ALK.

This means that you:

• Design and support planning-related data products in SAP Datasphere.
• Enable reliable planning data from SAP S/4HANA to downstream planning processes.
• Support Product Supply stakeholders with data analysis and business requirements.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across planning processes.
• Participate in Supply Chain and Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with SAP and Kinaxis platform teams to support planning data integration.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning data capabilities.

As a candidate for the role, you:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Have experience working with SAP data platforms.
• Have hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.
• Understand SAP S/4HANA data structures and business processes.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Have experience working with business stakeholders.
• Speak and write English professionally.

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

• Experience within Supply Chain Planning.
• Knowledge of Production Planning and Inventory Management processes.
• SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• Exposure to Kinaxis environments.
• Experience within pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
