Jobtailor in Madrid seeks an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement and support Identity and Access Management across the enterprise. You will work with Java, Sailpoint, SSO and DevOps tools to automate onboarding and access provisioning in a multinational setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize workflows and ensure compliance with incident SLAs while advancing Privileged Access Management and AI-enabled development practices.

Formación

• IT degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years programming in Java.
• 4+ years IAM workforce experience with architecture and maintenance.
• Hands-on with Federation Protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID) and SSO integrations.
• Experience designing Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle, segregation of duties.
• DevOps knowledge with Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, Elastics.
• Experience working with third parties including offshore providers.
• Excellent prioritization and performance under pressure.
• Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication in a team, international setting.
• AI usage proficiency in development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Incident SLA compliance for IAM services and keep backlog under control.
• Conclude, maintain and improve IAM solutions including connectors, rules and workflows.
• Develop plans for application onboarding and integration.
• Optimize automatic access-rights provisioning.
• Perform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis.
• Maintain and improve SSO, MFA and PAM solutions.
• Support infrastructure as code with public cloud technologies.
• Keep knowledge bases, docs and intranets accurate and up to date.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders of IAM services.
• Encourage efficient, results-oriented approaches within the team.
• Coordinate rollouts to additional countries worldwide.
• Apply control standards for user lifecycle and assist audits.

Descripción del empleo

• Ensure Incident SLA compliance for the IAM services and keep the tasks backlog under control
• Conclude, maintain and improve the Identity and Access Management solution, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and third-party system integration
• Develop effective plans for application onboarding and integration
• Optimize automatic access-rights provisioning
• Perform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis
• Maintain and improve Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication and Privileged Access Management solutions
• Support and manage dynamic infrastructure as code based on public cloud technologies
• Ensure the online knowledge base, documentation and intranets are accurate, focused and up to date
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders consuming IAM services and products
• Support and challenge the team to use efficient, results-oriented approaches and ways of working
• Coordinate product and service rollouts to additional countries with a worldwide scope
• Apply minimum control standards related to user lifecycle processes and assist internal control during internal and external audits

Requirements

• Information technology University degree or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of experience programming in JAVA
• At least 4 years of experience on IAM workforce performing architecture, implementing and maintaining workforce IAM solutions, ideally with Sailpoint IAM solutions (Identity IIQ or identitynow)
• Hands on sound experience working with Federation Protocols (Oauth, SAML, OpenID), and Single Sign On integrations
• Previous experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management solutions (Cyberbark, safeguard…)
• High understanding of the User life cycle process, standards and segregation of Duties definition
• Working knowledge of DevOps Methodologies and tools, leveraging tools such Git, Jenkins, cloud formation, Elastics…
• Works effectively with third parties (including offshore and nearshore service providers)
• High Skills prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks in a high pressure environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
• Strategically thinking based on the business needs
• Artificial intelligence usage proficiency, mainly in development processes
