Pasiona Consulting busca un profesional para apoyar la implementación de dashboards MTSB en la plataforma Qualys del cliente. Será clave analizar requisitos, identificar capacidades técnicas faltantes y documentar especificaciones para asegurar una entrega conforme.

Se coordinará con proveedores externos, se validará la correcta implementación y se apoyarán pruebas y aceptación, gestionando feedback de tester y usuarios para cerrar cambios de forma eficaz.

Formación

• Experiencia en implementación técnica o coordinación de proyectos IT.
• Experiencia trabajando con implementaciones de dashboards y requisitos técnicos.
• Capacidad para identificar capacidades técnicas faltantes y definir los requisitos.
• Experiencia en documentación técnica y redacción de especificaciones.
• Experiencia coordinando y dando seguimiento con proveedores externos.
• Experiencia en pruebas, validación y aceptación de soluciones técnicas.
• Capacidad para recoger, analizar y gestionar feedback de testers/usuarios y coordinar cambios.
• Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples stakeholders y actuar como interfaz entre equipos técnicos, proveedores y usuarios de negocio.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la implementación de dashboards MTSB dentro de la plataforma Qualys utilizada en el cliente.
• Analizar los requisitos y detectar capacidades o dependencias técnicas faltantes para feasibility.
• Recopilar y analizar requisitos técnicos y funcionales.
• Documentar especificaciones detalladas para apoyar la implementación y asegurar comprensión entre las partes.
• Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de las actividades de implementación con el proveedor externo, supervisando avances y desviaciones.
• Actuar como punto de contacto técnico entre equipos internos y el proveedor durante la implementación.
• Validar la corrección e integridad de la implementación y asegurar que los dashboards cumplen especificaciones.
• Coordinar y apoyar pruebas asociadas a los dashboards.
• Recoger comentarios de testers y stakeholders y traducirlos en cambios accionables.
• Analizar feedback de pruebas e implementar ajustes necesarios y hacer seguimiento de su cierre.

Descripción del empleo

• Support the implementation of MTSB dashboards within the Qualys platform used at the client.
• Analyze the current requirements and identify missing capabilities, functionalities or technical dependencies required to make the dashboard implementation feasible.
• Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements related to the dashboard implementation.
• Document detailed specifications to support the implementation and ensure that requirements are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow up the implementation activities with the external provider, monitoring progress and addressing issues or deviations.
• Act as a technical point of contact between the internal client teams and the provider throughout the implementation.
• Validate the correctness and completeness of the implementation, ensuring that the delivered dashboards meet the defined specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate and support testing activities associated with the implemented dashboards.
• Collect and consolidate feedback from testers and stakeholders and translate it into actionable changes.
• Analyze testing feedback, identify required adjustments and coordinate the implementation of the necessary changes.
• Perform follow-up activities to ensure that identified issues and required modifications are properly addressed and closed.
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance and acceptance of the implemented dashboards.
• Experience in technical implementation or project coordination within IT environments.
• Experience working with dashboard implementations and technical requirements.
• Ability to identify missing technical capabilities and define the requirements needed to address them.
• Experience in technical documentation and specification writing.
• Experience coordinating and following up with external technology providers.
• Experience in testing, validation and acceptance of technical solutions.
• Ability to collect, analyze and manage tester/user feedback and coordinate the resulting changes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and act as an interface between technical teams, providers and business users.
• Previous experience with Qualys or other cybersecurity platforms.
• Experience with cybersecurity dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and security assessment processes.
• Experience implementing or configuring security-related tools.
• Experience working with MTSB dashboards or similar security/compliance dashboards.
• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity environments.
• Previous experience working with large organizations or multinational environments.
• Experience coordinating implementations involving external software providers.
• Experience with UAT / functional testing / technical acceptance.
• Experience translating business or technical requirements into detailed implementation specifications.
