Amaris Consulting is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator (Cross CSOC) to join our international team in Valencia, Spain. You will support Product Managers and cybersecurity teams, break down complex cybersecurity initiatives into actionable tasks, and maintain Azure DevOps backlog quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project coordination, exposure to CSOC environments, strong organizational skills, fluent English, and the ability to deliver clear reporting and documentation across

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO within IT/technology
• Exposure to cybersecurity projects or CSOC/SOC environments
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience for backlog management and reporting
• Experience maintaining high-quality backlogs with clear task details
• Ability to track dependencies, blockers, priorities and delivery status
• Experience documenting projects with Wiki or SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive with action tracking and follow-up
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and cybersecurity teams
• Professional English level for an international environment

Responsabilidades

• Support Product Managers and cybersecurity teams in tracking roadmap activities and delivery progress
• Break down cybersecurity initiatives into clear, actionable tasks
• Maintain Azure DevOps backlog quality
• Ensure task descriptions, priorities, owners and acceptance criteria are accurate
• Track actions, blockers, dependencies, deadlines and delivery status
• Follow up with task owners to keep activities on track
• Prepare operational status updates and reports
• Document discussions, decisions and actions for project meetings
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation
• Escalate risks to Product Managers or Senior Project Managers when required
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to remove delivery frictions
