Job summary

Babel is seeking a Cybersecurity Incident Senior Analyst to lead 24/7 incident resolution and drive incident response plans across multi-client environments. You will collaborate with diverse Cybersecurity teams and report on incidents, shaping effective response practices.

The role requires at least 3 years of proven incident management experience, strong lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure. English proficiency is a plus and advanced certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Cybersecurity Incident Manager.
• Deep knowledge of the Cyber incident lifecycle in a multi-client SOC.
• Proven practical experience leading relevant cyber incidents.
• Essential certifications SC-100 and SC-200.
• GIAC/GCIH/GCIL/CCIM/ECIH/CySA+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident resolution with 24x7 on-call duty.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of Cybersecurity Incident Response plans.
• Contribute to Incident Management processes, procedures and instructions.
• Collaborate in the Problem Management process.
• Coordinate internal and external teams during incidents.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Cybersecurity Incident Senior Analyst with at least 3 years of proven experience. What will you do at Babel?:

• Lead incident resolution. 24x7 on-call duty.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Cybersecurity Incident Response plans.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Incident Management processes, procedures and operational instructions.
• Collaborate in the Problem Management process.
• Develop incident management test plans.
• Report on incidents.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Cybersecurity teams, Forensics, SOC, Blue Team, Red Team, AppSec, Architecture, Security Infrastructures, GRC, SMO.
• In case of an incident, coordinate all involved internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Cybersecurity Incident Manager.
• Deep knowledge of the Cyber incident lifecycle in a multi-client SOC.
• Proven practical experience leading relevant cyber incidents.
• Knowledge of SOC platforms (SIEM, SOAR).
• Knowledge of Cyberintelligence.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer orientation.
• Work under pressure.
• Autonomy and teamwork.
• High motivation.
• GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Cyber Incident Leader (GCIL), CREST Certified Incident Manager (CCIM), EC-Council Certified Incident Handler (ECIH), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certifications are a plus.
• Essential certifications SC-100 and SC-200.
• Experience leading a 24/7/365 environment.
