Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen security operations and compliance across Europe and North America. You will drive ISO 27001 and SOC 2 initiatives, support incident response, and partner with stakeholders.

Based in Valencia with a flexible hybrid/remote model, the role involves collaboration with IT and security teams, producing documentation, and guiding risk-based mitigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with ISO 27001 security controls.
• Experience supporting or implementing SOC 2 requirements.
• Background in Security Operations, Incident Response or SOC environments.
• Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance initiatives.
• Identify security gaps and remediation actions.
• Coordinate with the external SOC provider.
• Participate in incident response and escalation management.
• Produce security documentation, procedures and incident reports.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for cybersecurity matters across the business.
