Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. is seeking a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist to bridge technical controls and global standards. You will help ensure systems and projects are highly secure and compliant with international frameworks.

The role welcomes candidates with a background in InfoSec or IT, a proactive approach, and strong English & Spanish language skills. Based in Albacete, the position supports a permanent, on-site engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
• Solid experience in Cybersecurity or IT.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS or similar.
• Ability to manage tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Professional English and Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure the Foundation: Maintain and improve ISMS aligned with global frameworks.
• Hands-on Hardening: Define and review security controls (network, systems, DR/BCP).
• Risk Management: Perform gap analyses and maturity diagnostics.
• Secure by Design: Partner with IT and Network teams to embed Zero Trust.
• Audits & Compliance: Participate in audits and compliance reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS).
• Culture & Awareness: Develop cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives.
