Siemens Cyber Defense Center in Madrid is looking for a seasoned security professional to join a world-class team defending Siemens against cyber threats worldwide. You will contribute deep expertise in detecting and analyzing sophisticated digital attacks and support threat hunting.

Responsibilities include threat detection from diverse data sources, developing use-cases for attack detection, collaborating with the infrastructure team to enhance detection capabilities, and serving on-call

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in security monitoring or SOC.
• Experience investigating security events and incidents.
• Knowledge of detection & response, traffic analysis, and IDS.
• Strong OS knowledge: Windows, Linux, macOS.
• Experience with SIEM and use-case development.
• Scripting or programming skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT security; certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform threat detection and analysis using multiple data sources.
• Review adversaries’ tactics, techniques, procedures and threat data to develop use-cases for attack detection.
• Support threat hunting with multiple kinds of data sources, and develop detection analytics.
• Cooperate with the infrastructure team to further develop the Cyber Defense Center detection capabilities.
• Strengthen our cyber defense mission through an on-call rotation for critical security events
