Job summary

Oxigent Technologies, based in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Strategy & Innovation initiatives and work directly with senior executives on high-impact decisions. You will guide corporate and operational strategy, developing roadmaps, business cases and executive presentations.

The role demands 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, experience with top-tier firms or BIG4, and strong leadership with excellent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience with Tier 1 firms or BIG4.
• Proven ability to lead engagements from problem to recommendations.
• Experience presenting CxO-level strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• University degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
• Advise and influence senior executives and stakeholders across units and regions.
• Identify trends and translate into strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and develop managers, analysts and junior team members.
