A customer support company is looking for a Customer Support Agent fluent in Chinese and English to join their remote team. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support via email and live chat, identifying client needs, and collaborating with team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in customer support. Formación

  • ✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • ✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
  • ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • ✔️ Strong attention to detail.
  • ✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
