We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead – French / Growth / Mena Markets (m/f/d) based in Barcelona, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team.
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives (CSEs) managing BizAway’s corporate client portfolios. You will be fully focused on your team’s success, enabling them to hit their quotas across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upselling, and of course stepping in to support them as needed.
