We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Operations Associate (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team. This is a position for someone who is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and analytical. You will play a key role in supporting both the Implementation Specialists and the Customer Success team by executing platform maintenance tasks, performing data hygiene activities, and coordinating internal operations related to ticket and report management. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth technical onboarding for new clients, ongoing platform support for existing ones, and efficient internal workflow within the team.
