Job summary

Pillar is seeking a Customer Success Intern for the Italian market based in Barcelona. You will join the Customer Success team and work across onboarding, customer engagement and portfolio management with real customers from day one.

We value curiosity, energy, empathy and a problem-solving mindset. Previous CS experience is a plus but not required; 800 €/month internship with real responsibility awaits.

Customer Success Intern (Italian Market)

Pillar was founded in 2025.

Today, we are 90+ people, serve 1.000+ customers, raised €12 million in 2026, and are expanding internationally.

We are building the operating system for construction.

Our ambition? To power one in every three construction sites in Europe.

The role

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who loves working with customers, solving problems and understanding why things happen.

You will join our Customer Success team and work across onboarding, customer engagement and portfolio management for our Italian market.

You will have real customers to follow from day one.

What you will do

• Help new customers get started with Pillar.

• Monitor customer activity and spot when something is not working.

• Proactively contact customers who are becoming less active.

• Understand why they are stuck and help them get back on track.

• Support customers throughout their journey with Pillar.

• Collect feedback and bring customer insights back to the team.

• Work closely with Customer Success and Product.

A customer hasn't logged into Pillar for five days? You notice it. You call them. You understand why. You solve it.
