A leading tech company in Europe is seeking a proactive Customer Success Associate to support clients in maximizing their experience with an award-winning SaaS platform. This fully remote role involves onboarding customers, troubleshooting issues, and building strong relationships. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in customer success or client support and be fluent in English, with additional EU language skills a plus.

Formación

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support (preferably SaaS).
  • Exceptional written and spoken English — fluency in another EU language is a plus (French, Spanish, German, etc.).
  • A natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Onboard and train new customers across Europe, ensuring smooth and successful adoption of our platform
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through regular strategy calls and check-ins
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, effective solutions
  • Gather feedback and insights to shape new product features
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and customer growth
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” across the business
  • 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support (preferably SaaS)
  • Exceptional written and spoken English — fluency in another EU language is a plus (French, Spanish, German, etc.)
