A renewable energy company based in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Site Engineer to provide technical support for solar inverters and systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support within the Solar PV sector and proficiency in both Spanish and English. Formación

We are now searching for a Customer Service Site Engineer to support our PV systems with a main focus on inverters.

You will be a part of a talented team consisting of technicians and engineers who offer in‑house advice and support to their colleagues as well as premium service towards our clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN TASKS
  • Provide installation support and training (remotely & onsite)
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure Canadian Solars inverters & systems correctly functions with various microinverters DC PV AC coupled PV inverters generators and EV car chargers.
  • Provide remote (online & phone) support to installers by presenting visual training aids manuals and other documents.
  • Travel to customer project sites to support Canadian Solars products.
  • Available to take calls from installers and end customers to answer questions
  • Works closely with Sales team Technical Support Engineers and Customer Service Department.

LOCATION

Your backpack is filled with
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing technical support and solutions within the Solar PV / inverters space.
  • Experience providing technical consumer and installer customer service / support.
  • Understanding electrical and industry terminology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to communicatewith customers installers OEM installers as well as with Canadian Solar personnel via email Teams and mobile phone.
  • Valid driver license required.
  • Available to start immediately (within 2 weeks)
