About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, articulate Customer Service Representative fluent in Danish to join a lively, international support team in Barcelona. In this full time onsite role, you will act as the main point of contact for travellers and accommodation partners: listening to inquiries, mediating between parties, clarifying service, payment or technical questions, and ensuring consistently high quality support through phone and email.

What You Bring
  • Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written), and good command of English
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with tools like Office365, CRM platforms, or similar internal systems
  • Problem solving mindset, adaptable and goal driven attitude, able to respond flexibly to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centre environments is a plus
  • Interest in working with accommodation platforms or travel related services
