The position requires 3-5 years of related experience and proficiency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, track part orders using Oracle, and ensure accuracy in shipments. Monitor order, data entry and shipment of part orders for international customers. Assist activities in the Part Sales Department at regional office with the corporate office. Works closely with the following functional areas to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled : Sales, Field Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production and Finance.
Office environment. Occasional exposure to warehouse.
