Customer Service Representative
About the role

Join AkzoNobel, a global leader in coatings operating in over 150 countries, as a Customer Service Representative supporting our Spanish Yacht coatings business.

  • Coordinate internal sales activities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, quotations, and queries
  • Process orders promptly using our SAP system
  • Manage invoice and credit control procedures
  • Resolve customer order questions and issues
  • Build product and customer knowledge to identify solutions for customer needs
  • Update and maintain accurate records
  • Work safely and efficiently
About you
  • 3 - 4 years previous experience in a customer service department or similar client-facing role
  • Experience in an export business
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
  • High level of Spanish and English (Italian is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship‑building abilities
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards
