About the role :

We love our customers and always aim to provide the best service. If you like working from home, this job is for you!

Schedule : The morning shift is from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (5 days / week) with a 30-minute break.

You will be expected to :

  • Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media to resolve incidents
  • Manage incoming calls and chats, handling customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods / tools
  • Handle customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Engage customers proactively
  • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as incident resolutions vary

About you :

  • High proficiency in Arabic (oral & written) and fluency in Spanish or English
  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service is highly valued
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred
  • Excellent planning, organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented and reliable professional
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Decisive and organized
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, growing company
  • Reside in Spain
