Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking a proactive Customer Manager for the PULSE & Network platform, focusing on relationship management and commercial outcomes for international insurance clients. You will coordinate onboarding, demonstrations, and ongoing adoption while collaborating with Product, IT, Operations, Finance, Administration and Legal.

You will drive client engagement, understand needs, support proposals and renewals, and discuss contracts.

Customer Manager - International Insurance Services & Technology

About the Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a key point of contact.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, platform adoption and commercial relationships.
• Contribute to commercial negotiations, proposals, pricing discussions, contract preparation and renewals.
• Coordinate client onboarding, platform demonstrations, training and ongoing adoption of PULSE.
• Explain and discuss international insurance concepts, processes and the PULSE & Network operating model with clients, ensuring they understand how our platform and services support their business needs.
• Take ownership of customer questions, requests and issues, tracking commitments and ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance, proactively addressing challenges and identifying improvements.
• Work closely with Product, IT, Operations, Finance & Administration and Legal to meet customer expectations, including coordination of insurance servicing requests.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements and support customer documentation, guidelines and training materials.

Join the PULSE & Network team, a dynamic and multicultural team within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

We combine expertise in international insurance, technology and commercial development to deliver innovative solutions to clients worldwide. Our Commercial team develops customer relationships, supports negotiations and business growth, and coordinates closely with Operations, Finance & Administration and IT to deliver our proposition.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong customer relationship skills, commercial awareness, a structured approach to client processes and a genuine interest in technology and international insurance.

We would like you to bring:

• Experience in customer management, account management, customer success, commercial operations or a similar client-facing role.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in client negotiations and contractual discussions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, process discipline and ownership of client requests, follow-ups and commitments.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and curious mindset, with a strong willingness to learn the complexities of International Programs.
• Excellent written and spoken English at a professional negotiation level; any additional language is an advantage.

The following would be an advantage:

• Understanding of the commercial insurance industry and the roles of insurance brokers and insurance companies, with a strong interest in developing expertise in international insurance programs.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, digital solutions, client onboarding, platform implementation or user training.

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 42,000 and EUR 70,000 (for a full-time role).

The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In situations where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
