Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media) and handle onboarding and fuel card printing
• Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and assist with marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the team across regions to maintain consistent messaging and high-quality customer service
• Analyze marketing data, gather customer feedback, and participate in process improvements

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish), with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and marketing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, WordPress, social media platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset

Work Schedule

This part-time role runs from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Since the shift is 5 hours, a paid 10-minute rest break is provided mid-shift, with the option to waive a meal break by agreement.
