Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to shape the technology strategy, lead the Engineering Department, and deliver scalable, secure digital products in partnership with Product and business leaders. The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and ongoing professional growth in a global B2B software environment.

You will guide architecture, drive incremental delivery, and explore AI-enabled improvements while aligning with executive goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multiple engineering teams
• Experience as CTO/VP of Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish and English; ability to engage international stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap with executives and product leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing Engineering Department with coaches and career paths.
• Oversee product architecture, cloud infrastructure, security and scalability.
• Improve delivery flow with CI/CD, testing, observability and agile practices.
• Explore AI opportunities in products and engineering with governance.
