Job summary

Rephine in Barcelona seeks an L3 CSV Consultant to validate computerised systems in GxP environments, collaborating with senior staff to grow technical depth and deliver high-quality validation work.

You will develop expertise across ERP, LIMS, eQMS, eDMS and related systems while supporting client projects on-site and remotely. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus travel willingness, are required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related Life Sciences field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in CSV, QA or related technical roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with validation documentation (VMP, URS, IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory frameworks (GAMP 5, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Ability to manage workload across multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Validate computerised systems (ERP, LIMS, eQMS, eDMS, SCADA, laboratory systems) in GxP pharma environments.
• Prepare and review validation documentation including VMPs, URS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, traceability matrices and validation reports.
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP Annex 11, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Data Integrity guidelines.
• Support deviation management, change controls and CAPA activities.
