Formación

• Proven experience in cross-platform endpoint management.
• Proven experience in end-user technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and FleetDM.
• Hands-on experience with Wazuh SIEM.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001: 2022 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage corporate endpoints across Windows and Linux.
• Provide first and second-line technical support.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts using Wazuh SIEM.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity committee.
