To face our next challenges, the Product Marketing team is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to strengthen our lifecycle, engagement across our B2(B2)C activities.

Your futures missions :

You will be responsible for optimizing customer journeys across our B2(B2)C lifecycle. Your mission is to improve product adoption, engagement, and retention while ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all our users and partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy, operational execution, data analysis, creativity, and cross-team collaboration.

Strategic planning to launch and optimize papernest products

  • Design and optimize multichannel customer journeys across both B2C product lifecycle stages;
  • Define CRM strategies that drive activation, engagement, conversion, and retention;
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales & Partnerships to integrate CRM touchpoints into the product experience and new partner launches.
Operational excellence
  • Implement CRM strategies through automated and personalized workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, …);
  • Build effective targeting and segmentation processes to deliver the right message at the right moment;
  • Manage and improve CRM processes to ensure seamless operational execution at scale.
Data-driven insights
  • Monitor the performance of lifecycle journeys, partner flows, and CRM campaigns;
  • Conduct A/B tests and identify friction points across B2(B2)C funnels;
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, conversion, and retention.
Creative content
  • Produce HTML-based communications and multichannel content adapted to each journey and audience;
  • Create engaging communications supporting onboarding, product usage, upsell, and retention.
Collaborative relationships
  • Work closely with Product, Data, Design, Growth, Operations, Sales & Partnerships, and Brand teams;
  • Contribute to building scalable CRM strategies across our multiple markets.
About you :
  • A degree from a top business school;
  • Strong team spirit to build efficient relationships with key stakeholders within the Product teams;
  • A high level of autonomy, fast-learning ability, and enthusiasm for both strategic and operational tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A natural aptitude for analytical thinking;
  • Fluency in Frenchand English, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
