Overview

The Digital Marketing Department at IE University is looking for a CRM & Automation Manager, with previous experience (5 years or more) managing CRMs and automated customer journeys. The selected candidate must be familiar with the use and direct management of CRMs and all associated marketing activity.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • CRM Strategy Development: Devise and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to increase customer activation, engagement, retention; prevent churn and drive enrollments.
  • Defining and implementing touchpoints throughout the customer journey, via automated email or other channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Call), to engage users in the digital environment and boost conversion rates at various stages of the funnel.
  • Lead the research, selection and implementation of marketing automation toolset for capturing, scoring, nurturing and tracking customer prospects.
  • Segment audiences and nurture programs with the goal to continuously maximize marketing conversions.
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing landing pages using CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques to enhance the results of the company\'s advertising campaigns and increase lead acquisition.
  • Functionally designing data capture forms and ensuring data quality control in marketing-related business activities.
  • Utilizing Marketing Automation tools to integrate with different platforms via APIs (Zapier, Integromat...).
  • Reporting and analyzing performance data of various assets and actions throughout the funnel.
  • Manage and coordinate internal client relationships, ranging from different schools to centers or other departments.
  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to implement innovative actions throughout the funnel.
Qualifications

Requirements :

  • University Degree, Marketing preferred.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within digital marketing departments, performing tasks such as landing page design and layout, customer journey optimization, email marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency and proven experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics. Basic knowledge of HubSpot or Adobe is desired.
  • Having participated in CRM migration processes will be positively valued.
  • Up-to-date with best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Personalization, Growth, and AI.
  • Marketing-oriented and technical mindset.
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer and team management skills.
  • Ability to be efficient and productive working with tight deadlines.
  • Creative and results-oriented individual with an extroverted personality, a predisposition for teamwork, and a willingness to develop within a multicultural team.
