About Globant GUT

What you’ll do
  • Design, build, and optimize automated journeys and multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, in-browser, etc.) using Braze.
  • Analyze behavioral, engagement, and conversion data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalization logic (attributes, events, Liquid tags, Connected Content).
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, data, creative, and tech teams to develop and execute integrated CRM campaigns & strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing and preferred-channel tests to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Produce performance reports and insights to guide decision‑making and demonstrate impact.
  • Ensure adherence to marketing automation best practices, deliverability standards, and compliance (consent, privacy, opt‑ins).

Requirements
  • 1‑3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Braze (Canvas setup, segmentation, Liquid, Connected Content, metrics).
  • Strong understanding of database segmentation, personalization, and reporting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and email template editing.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with reporting tools (Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 or higher).
Nice to have
  • Experience with other CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Selligent, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Experience working on global or multi‑market projects.
