A leading digital experience management firm in Madrid seeks an experienced Credit Management and Cash Collection professional. The role requires strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and 5-7 years of relevant experience. You will manage cash collection processes, review credit applications, and liaise with different departments to ensure financial accuracy. As part of the Global Sales Operations team, this role will work closely with Sales and Marketing functions, Finance and Customer Success organization, and will have direct contact with our Customers and Partners.
They will develop and maintain positive relationships, coordinate with internal functions and Customers to ensure Credit Management & Cash collections inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. He/She will help build and drive best of Breed Credit and Collection operations.
Madrid Office based, the role is expected in the office minimum 3 days a week, and will have a global coverage (Europe, US, Middle East, APAC).
