This role involves leading multidisciplinary creative teams, ensuring brand consistency across digital and marketing touchpoints, and providing UI/UX direction. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of creative leadership experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio from premium or luxury brands. This position is located on-site in Madrid, Spain.

Formación

• 6+ years of creative leadership experience with a strong portfolio.

Overview

Creative Team Head to lead design and content teams and elevate the visual language of a world-class luxury brand. You will own brand consistency and UI/UX direction across all digital and marketing touchpoints, ensuring premium execution at every level.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
• Provide UI/UX direction and drive premium execution in design systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, UI/UX design, and design systems.
• Candidates should have 6+ years of creative leadership experience with a strong portfolio within premium or luxury brands.
