Dragons Group is seeking a Junior Creative Recruiter to help grow our community of talent in a dynamic international agency based in Barcelona. You will work closely with our Talent and Creative teams to identify, engage, and hire top professionals across creative, strategy, production, and social.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruitment, sourcing, or coordination experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find hard-to-reach candidates.
• Passionate about creativity, culture, and people who bring ideas to life.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Talent team to support full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing on social platforms and professional networks, including LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and outreach messages that capture Dragons Group's voice and culture.
• Assess portfolios to identify standout talent and conduct interviews to evaluate creative ability and team fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and team members, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
• Keep our ATS and talent database organized and up to date.
• Establish and manage internship agreements and partnerships with universities and creative schools.
