Alea is seeking a Creative Manager to lead the creative vision across projects, bridging brand strategy, production, and team leadership. You will report to the Head of Marketing and hands-on execute when needed.

The role blends strategic direction with practical design leadership, including exhibitions, video, and photography, with collaboration across departments and external partners. Hybrid work model and strong benefits accompany this role.

• Brand vision and brand identity development.
• Leadership of design teams across campaigns.
• Experience translating strategy to creative execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive Alea's creative vision and strategic direction
• Lead and manage the design team: set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure on-time delivery
• Own in-house brand strategy: foundations, guidelines, and campaigns
• Oversee exhibition booth design and production, in coordination with the Event Manager
• Direct video and photo productions, briefing external photographers, videographers, and production partners
• Manage thumbnail creation workflows, ensuring consistent publishing across a portfolio of 23,000+ games
• Report and align creative direction with the Head of Marketing, acting as the main creative point of contact across departments
• Engage with external suppliers and creative partners to support project execution
