GammaUX in Barcelona is seeking a Project Manager to join our internal creative agency, working with a leading financial services and insurance client. You will manage and nurture internal client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes across creative, marketing and CX initiatives.

Based in Barcelona with a fluid hybrid model (3 days at the office), you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and guarantee brand

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Strong project management skills and experience with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, marketing and CX initiatives.
• Oversee planning, timelines, resources, budgets, documentation and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, CX, development, copywriting, production) to ensure smooth execution.
• Guarantee consistency in brand, quality standards and best practices across all deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and internal pitches.
